Terms and Conditions of Offers
- Applicability of Terms - These General Terms and Conditions govern all offers related to the Calico membership reward program (the Offers). By participating in the reward program, you agree to comply with these terms (the Terms).
- Modification of Terms - Calico reserves the right to modify, amend, terminate, or suspend these Terms and any Offers at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms for any updates. If Calico determines that you are abusing these Terms or the Offers, you participation in the Offers may be suspended.
- Offer Limitations - Offers may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated. Each Offer is valid for a limited time and may be subject to additional conditions.
- Credit Usage - Any credits accrued must be utilised within 60 days from the date of issue; any unused credits will expire thereafter. Credits are not redeemable for cash.
- Membership Exclusivity - All Offers are exclusive to Calico members. Proof of membership may be required at the time of redemption. Should you terminate your berthing agreement with Calico Marina, any unused credits at that time will be forfeited.
- Subleasing of Pens - To utilise the sublease offer, you must (1) call the Calico Marina front office and notify a staff member of your intention to sublease your pen and (2) email staff@calicomarina.com.au confirm the arrangement. If a third party has agreed to sublease your pen, Calico Marina will notify you by response email. If subleased, you are obligated to honor that agreement, regardless of any changes to your plans. Calico Marina will be responsible to facilitate or intervene in the termination of any sublease arrangements under any circumstances. Calico Marina shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you as a result of the sublease, including but not limited to any claims, disputes, or financial repercussions arising from the sublease arrangement.
- Pippi’s Discount - To redeem the Pippi’s discount, inform a staff member at the time of booking or payment, and provide your name and pen number if requested. This offer is non-transferable and available only to Calico members.
- Cronulla Slipway & Shipwright Services - This offer is valid for antifouling services completed in June, July or August. We recommend you verify the discount with Grannat Marine Group Pty Ltd prior to the antifouling services being undertaken. Invoice must be paid on the day of launching to qualify for the discount. Additional services will be billed at standard rates.
- Platinum Marine Management Services Pty Ltd - Invoices must be paid within 7 days to qualify for the associated discount.
- Highland Financial Service Pty Ltd - The minimum loan amount is $500,000, and payment will be issued one month after settlement of the loan.
Third-Party Offers - Calico Marina is not responsible for the fulfillment or enforcement of Offers provided by third parties, including but not limited to Cronulla Slipway & Shipwright Services and Pippi’s by the Grounds. Calico Marina is not liable or responsible for the enforcement of, or any errors, omissions, or interruptions related to these Offers.
